Tickets are refundable?
No, Tickets are not refundable. Once tickets are booked amount will not be refunded.
I am a member; my parents are visiting for Diwali celebrations. Can I buy their tickets on members price.
Yes, you can buy parents tickets on members price.
Is car parking FREE?
No, Car parking is not free. MPCA will provide some complimentary parking coupons. These parking coupons are limited in count, and available on first come first serve basis ONLY. You can collect these parking coupons from the registration counter.
My helper is joining to take care of my kids, can I buy member ticket?
No, helpers are NOT counted as members. You need to buy a Non-Member ticket for your helper.
My relatives and friends want to join Diwali Dinner - Can I buy their tickets as member?
NO, you cannot buy member ticket for your relatives/siblings/friends. If they want to join, buy a non-member ticket. Only parents are allowed to bring on member price.
If I become a member now, can I get the member price ticket?
YES, if you take MPCA membership before early bird offer end (on 30th Sep 2025). You can avail the membership and early bird price.
